We all mostly love sandwiches for breakfast but there is just one guilt. That’s if we could make it without bread because it’s a highly processed ingredient and also you can’t have it when you’re on a Ketogenic diet.

What is a Ketogenic or Keto Diet?

A ketogenic diet is a diet low in carb and high in fat. As per healthline.com, “It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.”
